I use the ********************* Mr. ****** Corson took my case for a Contested Plaintiff Modification Child Visitation case. My ARAG *************** was provided for 8 billable hours and then offered at a discounted hourly rate beyond that. ****** used 6.5 hours of the billable hours under my insurance and then withdrew from my case to avoid having to contract at the discounted rate. His ability to file the motion was sub par and he made many mistakes including but not limited to not providing a date on the court document. He was also corrected several times by the respondents attorney. Also, he had very minimal communication. Not only did he withdraw from the case, he did this via email without integrity of a phone conversation. His and his paralegals lack of response to emails for ***** hours was dishonorable as well. I would avoid using this law office at all costs.

December 29, ********************************************************************************** the review dated 12/19/2023:1.I did not withdraw to avoid having to work at a discounted rate. I work on many reduced fee cases that are paid through ARAG legal insurance. I understand the fee structure before I take on a case. I explained my reasons for withdrawing to my client, and I did not mention the fees. I otherwise cannot get into the specific details of why I withdrew here because I am still required to maintain confidentiality even for former clients. 2.Regarding drafting the Motion, the date for a Motion Hearing is set by the Court upon request of the parties. I do not request the date until I have completed the Motion and supporting Affidavit, as there are very strict timelines that often cannot wait for a Motion and supporting Affidavit to be finalized after the date has been obtained. In this case, my client also had to complete specific steps before the Court would provide us with a date.3.Regarding the allegation that I did not communicate in a timely fashion, this is not true. You can see from the allegation itself that it references a matter of hours in between the initial email and the response. Unfortunately for myself and for most attorneys, I do have other files that also require my attention, and I am frequently out of the office either meeting with other clients or appearing in Court. Nonetheless, I try to respond to every message within 24 hours. It is usually, but not always, possible. Sincerely,****** Corson CORSON LAW OFFICES, LLC/************ JC: tg
