    We got 1 hour and 45 mins, barely loaded truck all the way and got rude and angry when they couldn't get anything out. They claimed the truck was full, but my dad (who was disabled) was able to redo it in 15 minutes and ended up with a LOT more room. Took a lot of time down by the truck and damaged a wall. Yes, communication was excellent, but was spoken to very rudely when they couldn't move a couch out of a bedroom. Was able to remove it myself in 10 minutes while they were downstairs SLOWLY loading the truck. I'm sorry, but it felt like a waste of money when my disabled father and I got more done. Please be more efficient, and have your movers be more clear on their capabilities, this way if something needs to be done by the customer, it will go quicker.
