Total Scam! The salesman lied about the whole service. Cancellation fees were not mentioned, 24 months contract were not mentioned. Also lied that it was a one time charge but in reality, they charge full price every time they came out to service, even when you don't need them to! Poor customer service. This company had scheduled an appointment to come out to my house to clean webs and put treatment around the house to keep bugs and spiders away. Guy never showed up but, I was sent an invoice that I owed money for services that were never rendered. I have proof that no one showed up. Once I got the invoice, I called immediately and told them the issue, they wanted pictures that we never got our service. I sent my ring doorbell videos and pictures of all the webbing on the house., guess that was not good enough, this company is horrible, they kept saying they were getting my call up to corporate, no one called back. I have called multiple times, no service rendered, you wont be getting a dime. So now they have their collectors calling me wanting money. I have told them to cease and desist any future contact but they are still calling. They are a bad company to work with. Stay clear of these so called pest control guys. Oh and to top it off, they do not have a solicitor/peddlers license to go door to door! I contacted the city!EcoShield Pest Control of Twin Cities, LLC

This company is a scam!!!! Came to my door told me it would be ****** for 3 visits. The first time knocked down the siding on my house that is only 5 years old. Came 2 and time and couple days later seen another ****** came out of my account. Called them they said no I signed up for auto pay ( I don't even do that with my bills) I payed first time with my credit card on this hand machine he had. So since I wouldn't pay no more changed my bank cards now their billing me for $429.50. Will not stop calling and emailing me even though I already told them won't pay any of that. They treated my yard for pest and I have never had more bugs stay at my house. There employees were supposed to sweep away all the spider webs and never did. I could find no sign that they did anything onsite. The customer service department is terrible to work with when you want to cancel there services. *************************! PEOPLE SHOULD COME TOGETHER TO FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY. I plan on contacting the ************************* in my state of *********. Others should as well. They lied and deceived me. I signed the contract (on a mobile phone) on false pretenses. If you're not happy with the services because you were lied to about what they said they'd do, they won't let you cancel! They are a scam! The salesman said my downstairs WOULD BE TREATED so my daughter and I moved all the furniture out. The salesman knew we were moving everything away from the wall. The technician who came out said they only spray the corners in addition to telling me they only treat 10 feet out on the grounds whereas the salesperson said they treat 20 feet out. Part of the back of house and sides of the house are cluttered with stuff as well as the garage but the salesperson said the technician could find a way around it. There are still webs around all the stuff so I know the technician either didn't touch it or did a poor job. My fault for not making sure the clutter wasn't going to be a problem. When I called to cancel further treatments, I was told I will still owe $216! I told the company that they should pay me for not providing all the treatments; like a return for buying a faulty product. I told them I should have the right to cancel if I'm not happy with the service but they don't care. So I will be paying $189 for one treatment put $216 to cancel which totals $405! These folks need to be corraled. I had used them a couple years back and then cancelled because I did not need their services. A few months ago they were at our door again and persuaded my wife that a new contract might be good. Without any mention of cancellation fees they gave us a 2 year contract which we did sign. I called yesterday to cancel since I really feel no need for them and they are not cheap. Told there was a $300 fee to cancel a contract. There is nothing in the contract about this possibility. Offered a "deal" where they would lower contract time to one year and charge us $150 per two remaining services. I really want out now.EcoShield Pest Control of Twin Cities, LLC

The company won't let me cancel unless I pay the $300 cancellation fee. I did sign a contract , with a forceful sales agent, but only received it a few days ago after I had requested to see it. That was after two spraying jobs. The first was $179.80 and the second $188.00. I would like to cancel because of the cost and also the work that they do. After I called to cancel a customer care specialist keeps calling and asking to pay the $300 cancellation fee. This company is a big scam! Stay Away! The sales person came to my house 3 times wanting to sell a contact! I said "no" until the 3rd time - he said he would sell me the contract for $100 vs. $179 for each time. When I looked at my bill, they are charging me $193.99 - they say they can't give me a credit because the service has already been rendered. I have contacted an attorney. I find this interesting that they want me to contact them to try to resolve the issue. I've talked to about 4 different people at EcoShield to try and resolve the issue and no one will take the responsibility to resolve it. They came to my door about 3 times wanting me to sign a contract for $193.00 each time - I told them I wasn't interested. Finally the representative said I will only charge you $100 per treatment. I signed the agreement based on that verbal contract. The next thing I know they are sending me an email stating I signed a contract for $193.00. That's when I started contacting EcoShield and talked to about 4 different representatives to try and solve the issue to charge me $100 vs. $193.00 to no avail. What a scam! I also sent registered letters telling them under no circumstance should they contact me requesting me to pay $193.00 for each treatment that I never even received. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
