    When taking my car in to a reputable Auto Shop to be looked at for a current problem, I also had them go through everything to see what, if anything else needed to be done. In the process, I found out that I needed my *il Filter Changed - not the oil, just the filter. I only have **** miles on this oil change. After pulling the invoice from the previous *il Change at Big * Tires in Savage, **, I saw that I was charged for the *il Filter ($9.99) AND it's disposal. My wiper fluid was also needing to be filled - which should have been done at the same time. Since then, several Big * Tires in the area have been closed - unable to call and complain, I sent an email to **************** and no response.I feel I can no longer trust the name Big * Tires. I am elderly and on a fixed income - this is not acceptable to be take advantage of - EVER!
