    Excellent service experience repairing our our GE refrigerator! Dispatcher response was prompt, communication is great throughout, pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive, and repair was completed same day. The technician is highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the diagnostic steps and findings. He clearly explained trade-offs/options/costs. Highly recommend!

    Emailed this company to arrange for my dryer to be repaired. The dryer would not start up. When the repair technician arrived he asked my wife what was wrong with the washer?He diagnosed the problem as a wet power board. He removed it and dried it off replace it. The dryer would start but there was no lights on the front and theres no way of knowing what cycle you are using! My wife was not happy and wanted the dryer fixed. The technician told her another 2-3 hundred dollars he would finish the repair. When he had the board out why not replace it at that time? Instead they want to charge ** double the labor. So 250 dollars we have a dryer that doesnt work properly and will still have to pay twice the amount for them to fix it the way it should have been done in the first place! Buyer beware!!!!

    Hello, I gave you a full refund and didnt even charge you for the service call and diagnostics, because I understand that replacing the control board is a rather expensive spare part and since the repair of the old board was not successful. I gave you a full refund; I didnt even charge you for the service call, despite the fact that I did a complete cleaning of your dryer.
