  I am from Rochester Minnesota. I paid a lot of money for 6 windows. 3 of them were not well done and I have the photos to prove it. I sent them photos and spoke of my disappointment openly. Even though the contract says replace rotten wood as needed, they didn't think they needed to replace it. They even said they did me a favor and did more than what I paid for. I told them I just want the job done well. They called me back several times, which was good, however they only called me to say they would do nothing about it and I should be happy with the job. If I would have known this I would not have hired them. I have several more windows I will order in the next few years. No way would I let this company do my windows. The sad things is they told me they were Minnesota specialists and other companies were not. I was dumb enough to trust and believe them.

  Great company to work with! I had my sliding door replaced and the salesperson made sure to explain everything in detail so I knew what I was getting and why, and gave me multiple options. The installation crew was on time, explained everything that was going to happen, answered all my questions, and finished the work in a timely manner.

  They replaced our front door and storm door and did a great job. They asked questions up front and confirmed everything was right prior to starting the work. Great quality door product and service was excellent. Fully cleaned up after working. I highly recommend this company.

  I do not recommend this company due to poor quality of product. - Jan 2023 bought 2 patio doors, 3 slider windows. Product that was installed in May included 2 cracked slider windows and all products had wrong color on interior. All needed to be replaced. - May 2023 bought additional 19 windows. After install in Oct 2023, 13 of the 19 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in January 2024. After install of these replacements in January 2024, additional 7 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in April 2024. At install of these latest replacements, 5 more had noted manufacturing defects requirement replacement (which has not yet happened) - June 2024 during rainstorm noted two of the window sets had significant water leaks. Company was advised with documentation on 6.4.2024; as of today 6.8.2024 company has yet to acknowledge my request for refund so I can re-replace the windows with a different company. Additionally several of the caulk lines were obviously done by a new employee, as I had to have the contractor installing new siding re-do those lines.
