Window Concepts is the most unprofessional company with the poorest quality of customer services. Calls and emails go completely unanswered. The entire house installation was a joke; one window was replaced three times. Condensation was so bad mold was growing on the frames. The workmanship was completely unacceptable and remains after months of trying to contact to resolve the issues. DO NOT purchase from this company. It is a complete waste of money, and you will regret every monthly payment. Customer service is total lacking, and my hope is to convince others to choose another window company when making a significant dollar purchase,

We replaced our bay window with a three panel window in our living room and couldn’t be happier. They did a great job, they were efficient, had great communication, no hidden fees, and cleaned up beautifully. I would recommend them to anyone needing windows replaced. I had new windows installed in the front of my home. The original windows were 68 years old. The new windows look great and the cleanup was perfect. I would use window concepts again!Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

Just completed a bathroom remodel with Window Concepts of Minnesota. I am so happy with the end result. My bathroom had a rotten subfloor due to a leak and that was repaired along with a new floor, a conversion from a tub and shower to a walk in shower and a new vanity and sink. My bathroom is beautiful and I have had many compliments. The installer arrived timely and explained what he was going to do each step of the way. He also cleaned up every day before leaving. And he went above and beyond the call of duty by reinstalling the toilet right before he left every day so my sister and I (being elderly ladies) didn't have to walk up and down the basement stairs in the middle of the night. I'd give them 10 stars if I could and I will definitely be a return customer when it's time for my next project.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.

Fantastic work - high quality product and quick service. They had to replace a rotted sill as well and did a fantastic job. The difference was noticable as soon as we had our first snow.Window Concepts of Minnesota, Inc.
