This Towing company preys on people who are marginalized!! They are racist! You take an assignment that you have not honored for over six months and then wait till 2 days before Christmas in the lowest economical place and you take advantage of the snow emergency plow route that’s in place until the 23rd. Then you finally decided to do your job. Yes, I live here and I’ve parked in my parking lot for six months. Then threaten me because I don’t have real plates on my car you think I didn’t purchase my car myself And you think I don’t have insurance to drive off the lot you actually assume that it’s probably not in my name. And why would you assume that? because you know I’m in a low economical area. Good thing God is on my side, but I just want to point out how scummy that is. There must be some sort of incentive for people who do this kind of thing we all have to make ends of meet. Unfortunately, you all do it by being bullies. That’s OK I have three children and I work two jobs ans a single mom and I go to school for my masters so I can afford it.

I sent my car to the shop and the mechanic told me that my parking break is broken because of your tow man. Whoever wrote this response is a smart ass just like the lady , take no accountability, no empathy no nothing. Blaming me - saying I’m falsely accusing you guys . After this happened all I see is negative reviews everywhere, with customer service. And how they handle situations and now I can see first hand. Why would I bring my insurance in this - so my rates go up and I gotta pay a deductible? This is all because I accidentally parked in the wrong spot. This is not good business and it sounds like you guys have been getting away with murder all these years. Not 1 positive review - in 20yrs. Good luck.also, I don’t care how new your tow car is - your tow guy clearly fucked up my car and instead of blaming the customer maybe you should train your guys how to properly tow a car with your “New Tow Car”!!!

My car was towed Friday night. When I woke up Saturday to see it was gone I contacted this towing company and they let me know that; they do have my car. Got there and was able to get my car. Saturday night is when I started noticing that my car was making noises coming from my brakes and rotors . My car has never made this noise. When I called I spoke with an older lady and she was very rude!! Unwilling to help. She basically was accusing me of the reason for the noise. I asked to get corporate number and she said there is no corporate. I asked to speak with manager and she said she was the manager. She basically said there was nothing she could do. I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are literally messing up peoples cars and telling them to go through their insurance! Why would I do that. So my rates can go up and still have to pay a deductible! Very unprofessional and very rude old lady!! I highly recommend you not to do business with this company.

If you include your information I **uld pull up your vehicle and assist you. Our policy is you would be advised to **ntact your insurance **mpany and they would **ntact us directly and view video and pictures of your vehicle that we take prior to loading and we would be able to assist them in handling your claim. Vehicles are made to be towed and a lot of people are upset that they were involuntarily towed because they chose to take a risk and park in a no parking area and they try to make fraudulent claims as retaliation- we are professional and have our insurance **mpany handle it as anything we advise you of you would argue with and feel we are rude.  We are a reputable towing **mpany that has been in business for 20 years with new equipment. Our insurance ** would view the claim and if we were responsible we definitely would handle the claim.  Feel free to have them reach out-

this company is beyond unprofessional, and staff is beyond rude and disrespectful. If I could give this place zero stars, I would do it proudly! not to mention, was hung up on by the old rude man who wouldn’t give his name. I’d rather push my car back to its destination than ever work with this company for a tow! both their pricing and practices are sketchy to say the least.

We do not determine who gets towed- there is a Parking lot monitor and when cars are in violation they call us to impound vehicle. Then get called into ************ Fees are a flat regulated fee- same for every Private Property Impound.  You spoke to our supervisor and he tried to assist you, however you disconnected the call. The gentleman that was with you was very professional and we are sorry that you had a bad experience and we understand your frustration but we are just the towing provider and provide the service. Even if we knew you -we do not have authority to allow you to park in a lot that you are unauthorized to be in.

you towed my legally, insured, and licensed parked car at a condo I own. Someone from my association requested the two as you seem to repeat in all your responses. and my only recourse is to pay you,

We provide the service, however we do not determine what vehicles are in violation of property rules. If you send over your info on vehicle I can help you understand why they had your vehicle towed. It is cash only on impound as the payment needs to clear prior to removing vehicle. That is very common for that type of tow, people are mad they got towed and would cancel payment.
