Terrible customer service. I arrive Saturday the 14th to celebrate my six-year-old sons birthday party at check-in. I was greeted by a very rude unwelcoming clerk by the name of destiny at the time of check in she told me some of their policies have changed and I needed a wristband to enter the pool area. I was then given five wristbands. I informed her that I was having a birthday party for my six-year-old son and some of his party guest would be coming And she informed me that they would need to purchase a wristband for $10 extra but may not spend the night. I even repeated this back to her to make sure it was clear. As my guest began to arrive, I went back to the counter to purchase four swimming passes for my sons school mates, at this time. Miss Destiny told me she is no longer is allowed to sell me any more swimming passes. As I was given five thats all Im allowed and continue to argue with me that she had never Said I could bypasses at $10 apiece. Furthermore, she raised her voice and rolled her eyes, then openly admitted that she had gave me bad information and she did initially say extra wristbands were available for purchase. I had told her I needed a refund because I had felt very uncomfortable unwelcome and unwanted as my sons four six-year-old boys from school were crying that they cannot get in the swimming pool , when asking for a refund she then told me I would have to take it up with the manager, who was not there until Monday.. when I arrive back on Monday. There was a sign at the front saying attendant is not on duty. Please leave a note. I tracked down someone in the parking lot and they said manager would not be in until Tuesday I have filed a complaint. I got an email back stating that they would like to make it better but they have not made it clear if They will give a refund. As I took my six-year-old sons birthday party home within three hours of checking in. I feel as though we were racially discriminated against
