    Heartland missed a sinking living room floor, a sewage leak in the house, and sewage/flooring/water/wall/ceiling damage amounting to $10k+ in unforeseen repairs already, and we havent tackled the sinking living room floor yet. All of this would have been extremely easy to see with thermal imaging - which they have and market, but didnt use (despite the hefty cost of their service). The owner originally said he would file an insurance claim and then went silent; it was three months before someone responded to me, and they had NOT filed an insurance claim until I got ahold of them again (as told to me by their insurance adjuster). Bad work and worse customer service and we may have to litigate. I recommend selecting ****************.
