    After getting perhaps too many bids to replace electric breaker panels as required by insurance, Snelling Company's pricing was competitive, yet very fair, for a somewhat elaborate and complicated project. The master electrician, Joe, formulated a good plan to get a lot done quickly to inconvenience as few households the least possible while power was off for the project, and he led his small team of journeyman and apprentice very well to execute the job efficiently. His team of Mike and Chris followed Joe's lead well and respect his well-organized expertise. They were all very professional, cordial, friendly, and I felt comfortable about trusting them and those I'm responsible for, just as we knew we could trust their competence in completing the big job that could've otherwise been dragged out with a lot more inconvenience and expense. After all of the companies and electricians that were met with, we’re glad we chose to go with the company who'd first responded to our call the next after they were called (Alex), and most quickly had a bid for us - and whom also dealt well with what could've been an onerous new regulation and energy company rule which some others simply used as an excuse to try to charge a lot more or walk away from the project. Overall, we are very grateful for how Snelling handled all matters to resolve a very stressful major infrastructure replacement - and the job looks great! If we have to hire an electrician again, the list of those whom we’d call to help is now very, very short - and Snelling would probably be the one to quickly come to the electrical rescue again.

    Trouble customer service would not recommend this company got quote for rebate did not receive the proper amount and was told that it wasn’t their problem

    The customer is correct on all accounts. They did not receive the utility rebate that we quoted. They also did not receive good customer service to resolve the situation. I will make sure the customer is paid the amount quoted. I can only apologize for the poor customer service they received when they tried to reach out to us about the rebate issue.
