      Purchased an urn with special engraving and got it within three days! Very helpful with all my questions.

      The urn we ordered with the engraving was received within a week and as expected. The only complaint was the tracking service they use is through an App that does not provide enough information on the status of the order. Contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and advise that our package was in route and an email with the status update was sent. I would recommend this company.
