    On January of 2017 ************************ and Harbinger Partners illegally terminated my subcontract that was setup through Harbinger Partners. I was not an employee of either company but a sole employee of my own company. During the exit interview they used the term 'staff augmentation' which would imply I was either an employee of Harbinger Partners or ************************ and entitled to all benefits and bonuses associated with being said an employee which I never received.I was simply told on a Monday morning my contracted was terminated without warning. The full reasoning given was that I was leaving early on Fridays which they did not like and also criticized my reasonings for taking personal, unpaid, time off. However I was not authorized to work over 40 hours in a week, which I did. I had organized my schedule in such a way that I was done with my 40 hours of work by mid day on Friday so I was able to enjoy the summer weekends a bit more.The work done was required to be done in office on their machines and I was not authorized to do remote work nor was I given remote access to their systems. I also never received anything but praise for the work I was doing my any technical professionals I worked with in ************************.Due to the stress and anxiety of the entire situation I had to push it out of my mind for my own mental state as I did not have the time nor resources to deal with it at the time.This message is strictly for public information and legal action with be taken against them in the coming weeks
