    I met with **** himself, and I had a terrible experience. First of all, his office is very cluttered and disorganized. First red flag. He was in a rush throughout the entire visit and did not explain much to me. I had a lot of questions and he made me feel like my questions were dumb and didnt take the time to explain his answers to me. We completed my taxes, he printed the signture page and I signed it, but I did not get a copy of my tax returns youll get a copy after they are filed hmmm isnt that what we are doing now??!! I left feeling very uneasy and charged $225 without an itemized explanation of the service fees. Never again. Very unprofessiona

    She was very hard to deal with and i replied to her email, she is used to doing her own tax return and what i was explaining to her were new forms she is not familiar with, I explained how the forms work but she still not understand them in my opinion.  i apologize for my messy office but i get backed up and my desk get

    We have an A+ rating with you and other organizations and every now and then you are going to customer who you can't satisfy. If she wants a refund i will refund my fee. When your firm does over 2500 returns you are not going to satisfy every client and this part of the business world.

    Correct to the sentence above-desk gets cluttered.  We review the returns before we print and submit them, and I explained that to her my email response.
