    I've used this business since it was in Brad's basement. I have had nothing but great experiences with Brad and everyone that works at Suncrest.

    This place was aweful! They did not do my taxes right. They did not do my property taxes at all. When I went to pick my taxes up no one knew how to use the credit card machine and they made feel stupid and when I got upset they blamed me and said I treated them poorly..what kind of business has people who do not know how rto run a credit card machine. They also did not tell me their hours changed. And it was my fault I didn't know that and they solved the problem by writing me a letter and telling me I couldn't come back....No phone call, no apology, just treated me like I was the stupid one...Their excuse....they work long hours....you chose the job! Treat your customers better! Ask how you can do better...don't treat us like we are stupid then when we get upset and stand up for ourselves we become the villains...Very Poor Service! They don't deserve a rating at all.
