      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.ncorrectly. We got ghosted for a while until they wanted final payment. The owner the called us few times asking redundant questions each time he called. He would not even listen to our concerns. Every-time myself or my wife tried to talk he would just rudely cut us off when we were speaking . In our last conversation his solution was to cut the counter and move it so that the holes for the outlets would be in a position so they could be mechanically secured. We did not accept that as a good solution to the problem. As the counter would be disproportionate . The owner said I am done with you clowns! This company offers no reasonable solution to issues nor do they take responsibility for their actions or even care. They dont even say I am sorry that this happened and that it is not ideal for us but what can be done to make it better? This company needs to learn empathy with their customers.

      Owner reached out to customer to resolve balance.  Customer wanted a price reduction and this was done by the owner.
