      Our church had a lease contract that was terminated by us in April **************************************** April and we gave Marco a 90 day notice we were not renewing . Marco did not remove the printer instead, they have been billing us monthly as if we renewed the contract . They are threatening us each month .Marco is not a customer friendly company .

      They have been anything but honest or helpful. We reached out to Marco to help find us a new VOIP provider. They worked with 8x8 to provide a quote for VOIP service & support. Sales reps from both companies falsely promised onsite installation and training. Once the contract was signed they informed me that they are unable / unwilling to provide onsite training and support. They are now trying to charge our company for the entirety of the contract and are now completely unresponsive. This company is dishonest, unethical and it's not suprising that the other reveiws here sound similar to my experience. The *** of this company should be embarrassed. If you are a business owner, please avoid Marco at all costs.

      We always receive complaints as opportunities for improvement. But in this case, our team is having difficulty pinpointing where we could have done more to deliver an effective solution, as most of this story doesnt actually involve our company or any of our staff. However, we will try to respond as best we can. We apologize in advance for the length of our response, but because this was posted in a public forum, we also felt a duty to clarify our roles and responsibilities in greater detail. When your organization initially reached out to us to get a new hosted voice solution, we both determined that Marco Technologies wasnt the best fit for your organizations needs. However, we still attempted to provide an appropriate solution and recommended a different carrier. The deal was then signed by both parties, which initiated a billing period between your company and this carrier. As we did not set the terms of your contract with this carrier, we have no further ability to assist you at this time. We understand that technology can be very frustrating and overwhelming for people, and this is why we try to go above and beyond, even for organizations that arent our clients. Were very sorry to hear that you were unable to resolve your differences with this separate carrier.
