    Best customer service ever! On a Sunday morning, an hour before store opening, I emailed Urban Traveler to see if a specific Travel Pro carry-on suitcase was in stock. In less than 15 minutes, I received a call back from Willy, the owner of Urban Traveler, Inc. He went out of his way to find the best carry on luggage for my needs. When I expressed concerns that it appears Travel Pro has gone down hill with their customer service, Willy assured me that any issues he would take care of, unlike Amazon and Travel Pro. It is also worth noting that his prices are less than Amazon or Travel Pro for the same item. I anticipate my luggage will be here by Friday.

    I ordered a backpack on 1/9, my credit card was charged and I've not received the backpack, nor has this company responded to multiple e-mails requesting an update.

    ************* placed his order on Jan. 9th, after we immediately sent him an e-mail that we would PROCESS the order to get it into our system.( apparently our customer did not see the e-mail or it finished up in his junk -mail). By the way, processing an order is not necessarily the same as putting the actual suitcase in a box.Therefore, after we processed the order, we realized we had more orders that day than we had pieces on hand to fill.The cause is the huge supply chain shortage problem , over which we DO NOT have control, that has existed in our industry since March of last year.We subsequently received an e-mail, in which he requested whether he could get the merchandise right away.As we are transparent in our business dealings, we then inquired with our supplier and found out from our vendor that the additional pieces we would need to fill the remaining orders, including his , would not be available for sometime.So, we felt it would be better for now, to immediately refund his money( over which we DO have control) and perhaps have him place the order with us sometime in the future, when the supply chain shortage have diminished.We feel it to be very unfair to now receive a negative review for a situation NOT in our control, PLUS we resolved the unfortunate supply problem in a very reputable manner by giving this customer an INSTANT refund.We have been in business for 36 years with pretty much a spotless record with NO substantiated complaints*** **** ** ***** *** **** ** ** **** * ************ ****** ** *** ******** ***** ** **** *** *** **************
