    I ordered custom blinds from Refurbify, LLC also doing business s ******* Blinds back in July 2024. I mistakenly ordered the blind and ask that the order be cancelled. The seller reached out to me and asked *** wanted to cancel the order or just go ahead and ship the blinds. I told him justbto go ahead and ship them. Seller agreed and at the time I placed the order all blinds where in stock. I didn't receive blinds on date stated. I would reach out to seller probably every 2 weeks or so just to check status. I have one more set of blinds that I have not received that I asked for a refund and after a few emails, the seller has stopped responding. This is very unprofessional. If you don't have the merchandise, then don't advertise or give patrons false information
