  Amazing place to live ******************* have lived here since 2019. ******************************* is the best property manager I have ever had. Staff is super friendly always ready answer Maintnence requests or questions that *** arise. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

  I am a tenant at *******************, ******, **. ******************************* does an amazing job here, she recently put patio furniture at this location and what it did for the community coming together is incredible. She also had one of the worst tenants I have ever seen leave today. It was very tough as this tenant was the worst of the worst possible. I have had rental properties in the past and I will say this tenant was the worst in the history of my experience both renting and having properties to rent. Kudos to ********************* ?? for making a difference and making this the best property possible. You have a great manager here ??

  Currently living in an apartment complex with no maintenance, I have a list of 24 things wrong in my 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. I have black mold in my bathroom so bad it is believed to have cause my 2 year old brother to spend days in the **** My toilet overflows and has leaked so much water it has seeped through the walls to my bedroom and outside my bathroom. I told my landlord about the mold about 2 months ago and they have done nothing, my toilet just recently overflowed the worst it ever has and this is when it leaked outside of the bathroom. They've given me a shop vac and an industrial size fan. This mold has been an ongoing problem and I told our previous landlord about it, as well as the toilet. I do not believe my apartment is currently livable, I struggle with severe allergies as well as asthma, and so do many of my family members. Ive been told that the maintenance will get to it when they can shouldnt this black mold be a top priority? Its funny how they responded to the one review but none of the other, worst company to rent with.

  The residents of this unit did bring the issue forward to previous management. However, it was only brought to currently managements attention recently. A contractor was sent over there to take care of it. Last week, the contractor started stripping the walls. He then noticed he would have to cut some parts of the drywall out and came back the next day to do so. On day three (Friday), the contractor came back and patched it all. On Monday (day four), the contractor returned to paint the walls and thereafter applied a second coat. Today, the contractor is returning to texture the ceiling and the repairs will be complete. Subsequently, property maintenance staff replaced the tub valve last week. If maintenance issues persist, work orders should be sent to the property management staff. If they are not resolved, issues should be escalated to the corporate staff to ensure that quality housing is being provided.

  This company is horrible at what they do, they dont care about the tenants at all they only care about money. I was towed out of my own parking lot and all they said was deal with it. Would stay as far away from this property management team as possible.

  This is a rather wide ranging complaint. I can assure you that ********** about the tenants in our buildings. It's important that we remove snow and do parking lot cleanouts soon after heavy snowfalls. We give notice to our tenants before doing so. I'm sorry that your vehicle may have been left in the lot when the plow came through, but the only way we can do a thorough cleanout is to have all vehicles removed.
