      I had the very same experience. It is a huge SCAM I signed up in February and the reviews I read were all positive obviously they were all fake. I wish I had seen these. I never wouldve given them anything. All fake leads and in other cities they or they already bought or they were investors that wanted to lowball and ***************!!!!!

      Scam. It's been 7 days and I've been completely ghosted. I've called many times, sent emails, and texted "**************" the onboarding person. He hasn't responded to my calls, texts, or emails. Realtors, do not trust these people. Major scam.

      FRAUD ALERT! I wish I would have seen these reviews before getting involved with these people! Initially they were very nice and promised a return of my initial fee if they could not deliver the leads. Gave them 90 days to produce, and of course, of the few 'leads' provided; NONE were buyers/sellers looking to hire a Realtor at any time in the future, but instead were already IN the *********** business i.e. wholesalers. I kindly asked for my money back, they agreed and said my refund was processing for over 4 weeks. Now my calls go to voicemail, and they have stopped responding to emails. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Let me know if you're interested in filing a class action lawsuit against Leadium, I'm discussing options with my attorney, it's time these SCAM companies got what they deserve.

      They promised seller leads any buyer leads. Received 2 cold or possibly fake leads. One contact who was not aware that we were meant to connect. Thats it

      this company is a scam. received 4 leads since Feb. all are BAD. Send emails, no reply. DO NOT waste your $$ with this group.

      RUN, don't just walk away. Exactly the same experience here. They propmised monthly appointments with a 10% referral when closed and a $395 upfront fee. After 7 days there was one lead. I am in ***** , ******* and the lead was in ********, **. I called and explained it was out of my area, to pleas fix it. Then for 3 weeks there was nothing, so I called to inquire and was told by "****", that "*****" will get back to me the next day. 3 days later I called back and got ***** on the phone and told him I was waiting for him and explained the confusion. He promised I would get something in the next 3 days. After not hearing from them I called back and I demanded to speak to *************************, the person who signed me up and they would not put her on the line. In the next 3 weeks I received 3 leads ALL in ********, **. Each time I would call and email about the mistake. Today I decided to check BBB and to my surprise I find 3 other customers who lost their upfront fee and ALL were sent leads in states other than their own. This seems to be a variation to old scams.

      I signed up and paid almost $700 because I was promised a refund if I wasnt happy with the service. Not only did I not receive the promised amount of leads, not one of them was even in my state! I messaged, emailed and called to cancel and no response. I finally got through and was told the fee was not refundable. I asked again to make sure it was cancelled and ***** just said sure. This is a SCAM! Do not sign up!

      Absolute scam. I was promised a refund if not happy by *********************** and have tried to cancel 11 times now via text and email with no response. Stay far far away from this company.

      This is a total waste of funds and time. After almost 3 months when promised 2-5 leads per month I have received 5 total and NONE in the **** I PAID FOR. NO refund and completely ghosted by the company. I am owed ****** and now I have to actually hire an attorney to chase down my funds. And if you pay by their preferred **************** you can forget about any recourse from them. This is not over ***** 2024
