    Our experience with Central Telephone started at the beginning of the week with a couple of technicians coming out to set up the new phone lines. **** and another technician (I regret that I do not remember his name) were both professional, knowledgeable and, above all, friendly. To top it all off, we had the pleasure of being trained in on the new phones by the wonderful Ash. Ash was professional, knowledgeable, kind and approachable. I'm sure I showered her with all kinds of asinine questions, but she made me feel comfortable and confident with the new system before leaving us with all of the contact information we could need if any further questions arise as we make our transition. A well-deserved 5-star rating for Central Telephone, but a solid 10/10 for Ash!

    ***** was extremely professional, knowledgeable but most of all friendly. Most business customer ********************** is lacking and there is no interaction with technicians and service providers. ***** is a great asset to Central telephone.
