Dan H. and Shelby did an exceptional job installing our Sunesta awning. Dan explained everything and answered all my questions. He was very respectful kind and patient.
John ****** was very helpful and patient answering all our questions. He had many helpful recommendations in helping us choose the right options for our deck awning.

Our salesman John W. was very polite and informational on the awning. He was very easy to work with. Our installers were on time and very polite. They installed our awning in no time. Showed us how to operate the control for the awning and explain everything clearly to us. And clean up after the job was done. These guys were a pleasure to have do our job. Their names are Dan H. and John S. and Jon R. We are enjoying our awning very much. Thanks' guys.Review fromCindy M

Excellent product and process overall. I especially appreciated the care taken during the installation as we have a commercial grade roof consisting of both metal and shingles. Brian, Chris, Jared and Sam did an excellent job - professional, efficient, competent and friendly. I was also appreciative of the time that took going over how every thing worked - it is very easy but still I appreciated the hands on learning vs. just being handed the manual.Review fromKen W

Sunesta of the Upper Midwest installed a remote controlled awning over our deck. Jon ******, The sales rep and the two installers, Chris and Dan B, we're all a joy to work with from start to through installation! All three of these gentlemen were extremely courteous, professional, sensitive to my questions and concerns, very informative and easy to understand. I couldn't have been happier with our choice of Sunesta! They all made this purchase very comfortable and instilled true confidence on my part in the product quality and professional installation!
