"I'm on my *********** Vacuum in the better part of 40 years; the present one has lasted 21 years and been serviced twice until I blew out the motor. I was contemplating a new machine, but at this stage in my life I couldn't justify the expense, instead I opted to replace the motor; when I took it in for service there was absolutely no sales pressure and in about an hour I had a "new" old machine than runs quieter and has so much suction it's like a new machine." ...
