    ****** listened to my concerns and checked our water system thoroughly to make sure the softener and iron filter were working properly. He reviewed what he wanted to do and then completed the work. When he was finished, he explained everything he did before asking me to pay for the call. I definitely will continue to use Northfields Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
