  Don't waste your money on **** Arnold. He lied about his ********************** to get into a PC position, which was very limited. He claimed he understood this position, then made many attempts to overstep his **************** duties, that is when he actually did work. Worked with our family for two years, only came to our home one time. Never spoke with any of the specialists, therapists, or providers he was given access to. You had to constantly request monthly invoices from him, though his contract states he sends them out monthly. He took many vacations & would claim that was why he was behind on getting the invoices out, then would bill you for just telling you that. Anytime there was an issue majority of his responses were, "I'm just going to leave this right here, & not doing anything." Then he billed you for that too. $300 per hour! What a joke! I have never dealt with a more ignorant person before, he needs to have his license pulled & not be allowed to work with families. He actually caused mental & emotional stress to ******** family members. We are still working through the mess & stresses that he created, in therapy. A few months ago, I was looking for an attorney & had a meeting with a firm up in the surrounding area where Arnold **************************** is located. When I was speaking with this new attorney, they laughed hysterically when I told them **** Arnold's name. They said, "our firm doesn't recommend anyone to work with him. If anyone brings his name up, we ensure they go somewhere else due to the many issues with **** Arnold." I am so embarrassed that we ever worked with him. We literally wasted thousands of dollars on a liar who conned his way into a job to **** money from good people & made our lives worse. People like **** Arnold need to be held accountable for the damages they cause to families, including financial damage.

  We receive referals from over 100 attorneys every year which speaks to our strong reputation int the Minnesota Family Law community.  We speak at state-wide events and provide training to other professionals and we are leaders in our profession.  Especially in cases where our firm is asked to make decisions, there is often one side that is very unhappy.  Ethics rules prevent us from responding publicly to specific complaints.

  Unethical, unprofessional, dishonest, doesn't abide by their own contracts. Attempts to and does overstep boundaries. Belittles, bullies, downgrades clients/customers. If you actually get a monthly invoice like their contracts claim you do, you will be lucky, majority of the time you are constantly asking them to send, update, or fix the invoices. Fees are ridiculous and completely outrageous. Lies about their experience/education just to get into a position and have a contract for your business. Thinks they are above the law and can do what they want. Retaliates against you when you confront them or turn them in and they end up being under investigation. They also retaliate against you and will lie to save themselves when they realize they are about to be fired from their positions. My Attorney even told me to keep track of the experiences with them, so he could pass the information along to other firms and warn them about this place. I do not recommend anyone doing any sort of services with them. Spend your money elsewhere and more wisely. This place will literally damage your entire family and cause them a great deal of stress, pain, and possibly PTSD.
