    I wish this would allow me to give zero stars on this review. I booked a single unit rental for an event that was held June 17th. I paid for my rental when I ordered it in May and received the appropriate documentation for reservation and payment. The unit should have been delivered on Friday, and it never showed up. Per the voice-mail in the office, I contacted the after hours/emergency number that was provided. I left several messages between Friday and the day of the event. Not one single call back. On Monday morning, I was the one who had to initiate contact with the office. I was told that my reservation was keyed by THEIR team as a July 17th date, not June as my email reflects. I was told they would call me back after they looked into it. A day later and I again, had to call them back. I was lucky enough to find another unit with another company at the last minute, but had to pay extra for emergency delivery an hour before my event. This was double the cost of the original rental. And I'm STILL waiting for a refund and further resolution on this. The person I spoke with on the phone didn't really seem to care and was quite rude also. I DO NOT recommend working with this company.
