    Dishonest people. Lie about what they can do for you. Not a good company and will cheat you out your money. Will do whatever they can to get money from you but not deliver. Buulin **** is a liar and will do anything to manipulate people out of money. Shes a very dishonest person. Takes advantage of her contractors.

    I've been a loyal customer of ********************** for years but **** in there service department sure made it clear that I should go back to Vexillar and Hummingbird. I purchased a vs485c cam about a year and a half ago. Due to my disabilities and PTSD I need assistance to get out on ice so I don't get out very much. This unit has easily less than 10 hours on it but is past 1 year warranty and cam is junk already. The only option **** gave me is to purchase a new cam with no other helpful options. His 1st email told me to send it in for repair and then a couple emails further he said that its a sealed unit and can't be repaired only replaced at my cost. Obviously the cam was junk to fail after so few hours so any decent customer service department would offer some options other than stick you for more money. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing from Marcum don't do it. You don't have to take my word for it just look at the hundreds of complaints posted everywhere about there customer service. Go buy a Vexillar or Hummingbird where customer service is 5 stars

    *****, we are sorry you feel this way. I just went through your emails back and forth with out customer service team, and here is an little better explanation. Our camera heads are a sealed unit, so there is no way to fix the internals of just the camera head. You stated your LED light is not working on the camera, this is not something that we can just take apart and replace just the LED light. being these camera are made to live under the water, they have to be completely sealed to be water tight. **** had asked you to send the unit into us to see if there is anything we can do to fix the unit, but replacing the camera cord and camera head is the correct option, that is how we go about fixing the issue at hand. The reason he asked for a proof of purchase- this unit has been around for years, we have no way of knowing if you purchased this last year or 5 years ago, and with out the unit being sent into us anything could have happened, you could have run this over with a car, it could have been thrown across the ice, it could have been found at the bottom of a lake, we have no way to verify what the true issue is.We checked under your account to see if this system was registered when purchased and we found no record of this system being registered. If it would have been registered when you bought it, we could of used that registration as proof of purchase and to verify the warranty status. We are here to help and get your issue taken care of, but we do have our procedures we have to follow as well. We hope this better explains the situation
