Kim can be trusted for sure. She gave me access to an account that sometimes I cannot attain and does this regualarly. I have called her and ALWAYS get an immediate answer. She does a bang up job with rent roll tracking and dealing with residents. So grateful for her!Review fromKim D

Jim provided great service this morning. He contacted me yesterday to schedule a maintenance visit. He gave me a timeframe when to expect his arrival and arrived within the stated time. He was friendly and promptly took care of my maintenance request.

Jim goes above and beyond every time he comes out to repair something. He always does his research before hand and is always prepared and punctual. Jim is awesome! He is always timely, flexible and willing to FIX IT ALL! Often times by the time Jim arrives I have an additional task and he helps out to get it fixed. He is professional and always provides me with education and the cause of what’s wrong or going on. After the works is done he always sends a recap! Thank you, Jim! It's been almost. year since Guardian is managing my rental property and I've interacted with many of their team members and more recently with Rachel A,, and all of them are responsive, helpful and rather pleasant to work with. Hello, my name is Jason ********* I’m a current and two year resident here at Guardian property management and sell Saint Paul building of 2008 4th St. S., South St. Paul I just wanted to let you know that the staff at Guardian have been beyond amazing and helpful. They have answered everyone of my questions and have given aid for every request I’ve put in and always made me feel comfortable and safe. From when I moved in with management personnel, Dakota at that time and current staff of Irene Guerrero and Cecile These people have gone beyond necessary, means to help me and provide more than just a place for me to live. They provide me a home. The acts of the staff at Guardian management when it comes to myself they have truly earned the name guardian in the title of their company for that is what it feels like I have through each and every ever that has helped me including the maintenance staff as well.
