      These people came out and gave me a very expensive proposal to rid my attic of racoons. The next day I cancelled my request as it just wasn't what they proposed to begin with - many expensive add-ons. They said they would cancel the proposal, then proceeded to bill me the entire amount, having never done any of the work. This outfit is dishonest to say the very least and I want my **** bill credited for the charges. I will contact my credit card company but i want it on record that these people are scamming the public.

      We've used Abra Kadabra for pest services and wildlife services. Their pest service team have been very good - friendly, timely, and with lots of good communication. The issue I have is with their wildlife services. After being satisficed with their pest services, we hired Abra Kadabra to trap and ***** several entry points where squirrels were getting into our home. Trapping went off without a hitch, but the abatement was problematic. There was one problem area that required a follow up visit. The tech completing the work came back out a second time and agreed to fix it in the manner we agreed at the outset of the work. He did not have the proper materials so he was planning on coming back the next day. However, upon discussing with the service manager, he told me they would not be coming back to finish the work. I made numerous calls to the service manager to discuss. The service manager never returned one of my calls. On top of that, Abra Kadabra charged me for a higher amount than on the statement of work. Bottom line, I was not happy with Abra Kadabra not standing behind their work, not completing the work they agreed to, nor the lack of customer service.
