    I created a custom Otterbox case recently using a discount code that I was given, their Instagram also has a link stating that their custom cases are 25% off so I assumed this code was to this. There was nothing indicating that the code was an exclusive for only certain people on check out or during the waiting period for the case to be made. I reached out to customer support since my order had not updated after a week, they informed me the discount code was an "exclusive code" and canceled my entire order.If it was just the discount code, I would be a little annoyed but this has been several things stacked on top. Their social media falsely implies a discount, their website didn't save the design, there was no communication that the order wasn't being processed as they "needed verification for the code", and then having the entire order just canceled after already waiting a week. I find it all extremely frustrating and in the end, I had to pay full price for the case and will be waiting another week (or more) to get it. This experience is exactly what I wanted when ordering a personalized case to memorialize my pet that passed away from leukemia (/sarcasm).
