    They were bought by 11:11 Systems and raised the Ip House domain webmail charge to $60/mo from $6/mo. Price gouging captive clients that were not notified of the 1000% price increase. $60 per month for 1GB storage web email; the price increase took affect April 1, 2024. Thats right up there in Pharma Bro territory of price gouging. Sad to see Ip House bought by a company without a moral compass.

    I have been a customer for more than 20 years. The new company that took over is 11:11 Systems suddenly increased the price of hosting my email by 10 times. When it was ipHouse, communication was excellent and now is limited to email only. I requested a call from the billing department and they have not responded in over 2 weeks. I emailed to halt my account now and asked for the June payment to be refunded. No response on that. Below is the response I got to the increase for services is shown here:Hello,The amount you are seeing is not in error as rates for ipHouse services have been increased and switched to monthly billing cycles only (quarterly and annual payment options have been retired).Your current service is no longer a core product of 11:11 Systems and thus we have evaluated the pricing and aligned it appropriately with the cost structure to deliver.We have also made a structural change to support delivery and effective immediately will no longer provide phone support. Support will only be facilitated by email going forward.Kind Regards,xxxxxxxxxx

    I have been a customer of ********************** for more than 25 years and have always gotten excellent service. Fee was always $50 per month. They have suddenly begun charging me $599.40 per month for DSL and web hosting which I did not sign up for. Any attempt to talk to someone at ipHouse is met with evasion. Even though they give a phone number for billing questions, when I call the number they say they know nothing about it and refer me to a ***** company which does not have a phone. When I contact them by email, they are equally evasive. I am quitting ipHouse and warning everyone to avoid this sudden, and unexplainably dishonest business.
