      I received defective high output bags in August from Coloplast. The first box I sent back and they sent me a replacement that was also ripped right at the seams and was the same lot number as the first defective box. then I had an issue with a third box and I asked them to not send me any more replacements and a couple days later I received a package with 4 boxs in it that I told them I didnt what because they are defective and I dont know why they sent 4. They refused to send a different style bag they said they can only keep replacing with the same thing, and the same thing is all defective. *** had to pay out of pocket to order different high output bags on ****** and the company refuses to make it right. They told me to donate the defective boxs to a hospital. Which says a lot about the company. This company has caused a lot of out of pocket expenses for me. This is on going since August.

      Two months in a row I attempted to use a company that is owned by Coloplast for my ostomy supplies and both months they managed to completely s**** up my order. I spoke with several supervisors during both months and found that they did not follow through on what they said that they were going to do either. I attempted to contact leadership via email and phone at Coloplast since they are the owners of this company and was met with extreme resistance! The individual that I was transferred to refused to give me her name or the name of her administrator that I was going to receive a phone call back from. I refuse to do business with a company that is not going to be transparent in their business practices. Therefore, I will no longer use their products or their company and I will be calling CMS and ******** to make complaints against them and their company. Do not use Coloplast products if you can help it!! Do not use their companies if you can help that and do not help this company become more powerful than they already are and less transparent and concerned for their consumers than they already are. They accept absolutely no responsibility for the incompetence of their staff and companies and potentially leave their consumers with disabilities and medical issues without appliances and equipment with absolutely no care or concern!!
