I was in for a Cryo facial on 6/27/24. The tech was telling me about the package in the room she said there was $100 off special, once we got out to the front desk the two of them were trying to figure out the system and the discount. I at that time I told then I had a Gift card that I wanted to apply, but I did not have it with me. The two kept looking in the computer system to find the discount and at that time desk person said they can't find it so I will have a manager look into it and call you with the price. So I was thinking the manager would call the next day, I would be getting the $100 off and I could apply my gift card for $167. But That did not happen. The full $750 was charged and now I am getting the runaround on this. A employee called and said they could not find the discount so the full amount was charged. THAT IS NOT WHAT I AGREED TO. I only wanted the package with the discount that I thought I was getting with my gift card added. I would like my money back. I have called many times and left messages but the manager will not call me back.
