  Charissa ***, the maintenance coordinator for Renters Warehouse (Phoenix) is incredible. She is quick to respond to work orders whether they are emergencies or not. She keeps me informed on all phases of the work order process to the assignment of vendor to the follow-up on completion of work. Sometimes the vendor doing the work has parts ordered which causes a delay and Charissa updates me on any delays and the reasons plus she is quick to follow-up with the vendor to help ensure any delays are minimal. She also follows up with me on any updated timelines to insure I am kept in the information loop. She also works as the liaison between the work repair order and the owner of the property. Communications are critical in achieving great customer service. Not knowing about what is going on with any work order can be frustrating for anyone needed something fixed in the rental home. Charissa eliminates that possibility by keeping me informed every step of the way. This is not the first work order process for my rental home that Charissa has managed for me. She has been the most professional, friendly, high level customer service-oriented person I have every had the pleasure and opportunity to interact with. Charissa is the type of person who helps make a Mangement Company Shine in the rental industry and has earned 5-stars from me. I wish Charissa a bright future.
