    **** was honest, respectful of me and my property, and knew what he was doing. After he assessed my HVAC system, he showed me exactly what was wrong, demonstrating with his wattage meter where the power was interrupted within the circuit. He gave me a price upfront, which was very reasonable, and went about fixing the unit. What's really telling to me is that when his replacement part didn't work, he did the troubleshooting and proved to himself and me that his original assessment was correct. He closed the circuit by by-passing the faulty part and my AC fan immediately started running. He was confident of his assessment but also willing to be wrong. It took extra time for him to purchase another replacement part but he didn't charge me for that additional time. I really appreciate that when things didn't work out as he thought they would, he was able to step back and reassess the problem. He really knows his stuff and has a mind for trouble-shooting. Legacy Heating and Air is a keeper. I've already shared his info with a neighbor who asked how it went.

    Our furnace went out on Sunday morning. I called Legacy **************************** and **** was here in less than 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem right away and was very helpful in getting it repaired in our warranty program. He is efficient and very helpful to work with. I definitely recommend **** at Legacy Heating and Air for every heating or air problem.
