    My braids started to fall out the very next day. By the second week I was missing the entire from row. I called and they stated the person who did my hair would have to fix it. It was clear the person who did my hair wasnt good. I said no I want someone else and was told Id have to wait for the owner to come back. I then took my hair out because it was embarrassing and asked them to do it over. The lady lied and said she told me to come back so she could fix it. Then she said I would have to pay full price because I didnt come back. I am still waiting on a call from the owner. Honestly, Ive never had such horrible experiences. Its been over a week since she said she would call back and I havent heard anything.

    They charge whatever they want. They charge different prices for the same service and style. I watch them change a lady $200 for a style the charged another lady $350 for the same style. This was the same day. I have been charged different prices each time I go. The owner is very rude to people. They take longer than normal to complete service due them not having enough staff and they start your hair then make you wait so you dont leave.
