      We had a phenomenal experience at the Bridgeport Sleep Number! KC the store manager is who helped us and you could tell that she truly cares about her customers and she wants them to be happy with whatever bed they choose. She has gone above and beyond and being wonderful with her communication and making adjustments where they need to be done and being very clear about the steps processes advantages, reward programs, everything! The company itself has truly proven that they care about your sleep and show it through just every step of the process!

      Our lady Evenee was so awesome! She made us feel at home and a part of the family. I've never had a sales experience like that before. I love our bedroom and didn't toss and turn at all. That's was the BEST sleep I've ever had. I loved how our delivery man explained everything and made us understand everything.

      Customer Service is the worst. This is supposed to be a great place to purchase from, However, customer service has plenty of issues. They do not care how they speak to customers nor do the care if you mention if you are going to contact the CEO Linda *******. Management Customer service is totally the worst.

      If I could leve zero I would. They lied to me. When I asked for specifics of the bed warranty (more specifically about air loss over time) I was told not to worry that the air pump was completely 100 % warranties for 25 years. When I called customer service for air loss last week... they wanted to charge me almost $300 for a new air pump and then another $200 for installation. When I told the agent on the phone e about what my pamphlet and what the salesman told me 7 years ago when I bought it....he told me they lied to me and that happens all the time. It's his number one complaint from customers, about the company lying to the customers just to get the sale. Also the in home trial starts from date of purchase, not date of delivery like they tell you in the store when you buy it.
