      Beware of mistakes, expensive monthly minimums, and outsourced employees. Our company had hired BGM to handle quarterly filings, business taxes, and personal taxes since **** without a complaint. However, in 2020 BGM started outsourcing much of its preparation work to contractors, and mistakes and increased charges are the results. Unfortunately, because of outsourcing and the high turnover rate of people, numerous mistakes are being made on simple forms and tax filings. These mistakes have cost our company thousands of dollars. BGM recently changed their priority from taking care of their clients to increasing the bottom line and now require companies to meet monthly minimums They now charge exorbitant fees for things that cost a fraction at other accounting firms. Beware we found out the hard way!
