      I notified Southwest Sanitation in mid July 2023 that I was moving out of a house that I had garbage service. My move out date was August 1st of 2023. The man I talked to said he would get the garbage dumpster picked up at the end of July. I keep getting phone calls if I know where the dumpster went. When I moved out it was left there.

      On 7/10/23 3:50pm the Customer called stating that that he will be moving out 7/31/23. Then informed us that his weekly 35gal cart didnt empty on normal schedule so we scheduled it to be redumped as requested on Tuesday 7/11/23. After that he told us via phone dont cancel service on 7/31 yet I will call you back. We never received a call back regarding stopping service.10/2/23 3:35pm we called said Customer as bill for August, September, *************** was late. He paid the bill with credit card over the phone. It was never mentioned at this time he wanted to cancel service.12/28/23 11:28am we talked to customer as bill for November, December, *************** was late. He then stated hes not living at said address anymore. This is the first time we were told by Customer that he is no longer at the **********/28/23 When we tried to remove the 35gal trash cart from the address it was gone,Customer was using and had possession of our custom trash cart that we provided with service and it has not been returned. We just want our trash cart returned.
