"Top floor has flooded for the second time in under a year, producing disastrous results for all apartments in the ****************) and fire extinguishers have not been inspected since November of 2021. The ceiling on the top floor of the building has been destroyed by water, leaving an extremely hazardous environment for residents to walk to and from their rooms; debris is hanging from the ceiling in jagged edges."
