      Absolutely do not recommend. Blethen Berens has had our *************** case now for a few weeks short of a year. 0 progress. Minimal attempts to communicate little progress. No concern for legally required expediency. LWT beneficiaries are treated as opposing counsel and/or hostile members of their legally bound fiduciary resposibility. Senior attorneys DO NOT engage clients to settle basic matters of communication. No accountability for responsibility to the judicial progress. Attorney *********** treats clients abrassively and like they are bothering him. There is a disrespect that permeates the business culture and is acceptable to their way of business. Please avoid this law firm
