      Absolutely terrible service. Mach 1 installed a remote starter on my car that caused my locks to lock and unlock repeatedly every time I picked up speed from a stoplight. My car also thought the driver's side door was constantly open. I brought my car back to have it fixed. They took it for several days--leaving me without a vehicle--and claimed to fix it, but did not fix it. When I asked the manager, *****, about removing the remote starter from my car, he immediately concluded that the problem must have existed before they installed the remote starter. He was overtly hostile and wanted to charge me for removing the remote starter. I would never use this company again even if they did the work for free. Simply terrible experience and awful management.
