    JRG Custom Decks, led by Glenn, truly deserves a 5-star review for the exceptional work they did on our deck. This was a highly complex project involving the teardown, rebuild, and extension of our existing deck, the construction of a new balcony, and the addition of multiple staircases, including a spiral staircase. Firstly, Glenn and his staff's responsiveness was unparalleled. Throughout the entire project, there wasn't a single moment when he was unreachable. He consistently provided proactive updates, making the entire process incredibly easy for us. We never had to stress about the progress of our project. Secondly, Glenn always had our best interests in mind. The care and dedication he exhibited made it clear that he treated our project as if it were his own. He didn't cut any corners and ensured we had the best parts and construction so that we can enjoy our deck for decades to come. Lastly, Glenn's expertise was evident from start to finish. Given the complexity of the project, he made sure that all safety and code requirements were met, and expertly handling every complication that arose. I hope to work with JRG Custom Decks again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Glenn and JRG Custom Decks, for turning our vision into reality!
