    One star is too much!I had replacement casement sashes installed by D*** ********* Windows R Us.THE INSTALLATION:There were many installation issues: stripped out s**** holes, missing screws, broken window trim, windows installed crooked (not sealing), and hinge brackets that moved when you opened the window.LETTER AND PAYMENT When I received the final invoice I included a letter explaining my issues with the installation along with my final payment check. My mistake! I thought D*** was a reasonable business man and we could work through these installation issues and come to a mutual settlement. After he cashed the check I called ****.**** GHOSTED ME From 10/17/23 to 11/17/23 I called D*** 11 times. After that my calls went directly into voicemail. Initially, I thought something must have happened to D*** As I wasnt sure, I called him on a different phone. This time, he answered. I asked why he didnt respond to my letter or answer my phone calls. He abruptly said that I got my windows installed and that he was done with the job. I said that I paid to have my windows professionally installed, but what I received was far from professional. He said his installers have had 12 years of experience, and that they know what theyre doing. I then suggested that he come to my house to view the installation issues first hand. He refused and hung up.CONCLUSION The installation issues, while severe, were resolvable. Dicks actions are inexcusable. It is unfortunate that D*** refused to meet at my house to work through the installation issues. By the way his business card states Service is Golden. A true statement, but you wont find it at Dicks Windows R Us.My next action is Conciliation Court. Im retired, its winter, I needed a project.
