      I rent the space above the four car garage. **** has entered my apartment at least twice without proper notice (creepy!), has picked out pavers in his driveway he says I damaged when there are literally dozens of them with oil stains caused by his truck, is telling me I have to shampoo the carpets when I left this month although that is not stated in the lease, keeps the heat at or below 60 degrees and did not turn on the this year until October 13, turned off the gas to my stove in retaliation to my asking for the heat to be turned (texted me that I was a baby - it was 30 degrees that evening) and asks that I write the checks out to ***************** although it may not be a properly registered business. The ** **** of ******* has charged him with literally over 70 fraud and tax evasion charges. He is a desperate scammer. Stay away. By the way, he LOVES *****.

      We rented a lake house from Keasons in July and paid a $995 security deposit. 2 weeks after we checked out the owner (****) texted me asking about "scratches" on the motor for the pontoon boat. We didn't cause the damage and he provided no evidence. Now 30 days have passed and no money has been returned. Turns out he's got legal trouble all over and has illegally witheld security deposts from at least 18 other renters (just the ones the *********** knows about). Stay away from this guy at all costs.
