    1. In the morning of 10/28/22, the day after ********************* arrived to eliminate the pixelation we were experiencing when viewing our television, I left a voice mail for him and sent him an email telling him we were still experiencing pixelation and asked him to contact me about it. It has been two and a half weeks since then and he has not made any attempt to contact me.2. He claims to have a 30-day warranty but, since he doesn't return phone calls or reply to emails, saying he has a 30-day warranty is meaningless.3. If I would have paid him by credit card, I could have disputed his payment, but I trusted him and paid by check. He betrayed my trust by not honoring the warranty he told me he had. I would have been able to stop payment on the check the morning after he was here but he had apparently cashed the check on his way home. It appears as though he knew what he did wouldn't help, so he hurriedly cashed our check with no intention of honoring his commitment.4. He provided no written invoice or statement, which I consider to be unprofessional.5. He didn't troubleshoot our reception system until after replacing our antenna. His antenna cost us $140 and it didn't seem to make any difference.6. Our interaction while he was here was pleasant enough, so I can't attribute his abandonment of us to anything other than his lack of ethics.7. I don't trust him to have anything more to do with our television reception and believe strongly that he should reimburse us for his trip charge and the profit he received for the sale of his roof antenna.8. We're truly saddened by ***'s treatment of us after I trusted him to help us. We feel very violated and taken advantage of. It's a shame that contractors like *** mistreat trusting customers, take advantage of their trust and have so little conscience that they can just go about their days as if no harm was done. We may not have lost an arm or a leg, but we're still sick about having wasted our hard earned money.
