From the estimator, office staff and work crew all made this project an easy process. The work crew was amazing and their attention to detail was awesome. A good experience from first phone call to the moment the work crew left. The salesman came as promised, took the time to answer detailed questions, scheduled the job when it worked with our schedule (though he had to work around another job). I had the greatest experience with The Coating Crew and am absolutely thrilled with my new garage floor! I did a lot of research to find the company that I thought would serve me best and it paid off. When I got down to two companies, I had a several conversation with Bruce, the owner. His patience with me and desire for me to understand the process and materials his company used and to make sure I would be fully satisfied with the finished product, convinced me this was the company to hire. When the top coat was removed from my existing floor, the concrete underneath was wet. The crew stopped work immediately and said, if we proceed, the new coating will fail. If you want us to go ahead we will, but you will not be happy. The job was delayed and when Bruce, determined it was good to go and the crew checked every inch of the garage floor with a moisture monitor, the coating was applied. The crew was very professional, informative, kind and meticulous. When they finished, I swept up approximately 1 tablespoon of color chips from the driveway and doorway! I really appreciate the ethics of the company. I didn't know wet concrete from dry and would have proceeded with the work had I not been cautioned by the crew. The company lost money that day because a crew was at my home and the work could not be done. Their concern was not the lost revenue, it was my satisfaction with a quality finished product! I think this is the best company ever and have already told family, friends and neighbors about them. My finished floor is beautiful and I am very, very happy. This is most reputable company that is professional from the beginning. Their work is stellar and their people know what they are doing. I do not hesitate in recommending The Coating Crew to friends and family. They made my garage look updated, clean, and ready for our ** *******. After working with two other potential garage coating companies, I found ***** to be believable. He gave me a referral to someone who came the next day with a diamond blade, and rods, and a smile to repair a triangular hole in the cement. After area cured, The Coating Crew arrived with their skills and materials and energy that made the 30-year-old garage floor a work of art. Great communication too. Do hire them.
