On April 29, 2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.082 subd. 11(b)(1)(6); 326B.36 (2022) and Minn. Rule 3801.3780 (2021). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to file for all required electrical permits and inspections at or before beginning work and to schedule final inspections as required and to fully cooperate with DLI requests for information. The business will also pay $2,500.00 of a $6,000.00 fine, with the balance stayed on the condition that they fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority.
