  If I could give this business less than 1 star I would. I was scheduled to have a technician to come out between the hours of 8am and 10 am at 10:30 am I called the owner to ask if the time had changed and I was not informed. the owner told me that the technician had gotten busy with another job, and he would be at my home within an hour. An hour and half later a young man comes in without any tools, did not bother to cover his shoes in my home, no respect for my home at all. I showed him the things that I had requested to be fixed. He then told me that he would go out to his truck and come up with a price for me. About 10 minutes later, he comes back in the house and tells me that he was not supposed to do this job, he had gotten called to this job at the last minute, and he would not be able to complete my projects in one day, he could start on my projects today, and would have to return another day. Also, he informed that this was going to take him FIVE hours to complete my project. Which I was completely taken back, it is a staggering $120 per hour. I told him that was not acceptable, and I had taken the day off from work to have this done. After he had left, I called the owner to let him know of the conversation that had transpired between me and the technician he sent out to complete the project. The owner said that he was the technician assigned to the job and did not know what the technician was referring to in having other jobs. However, he did say that this was a 5-hour job which I told him that was impossible, it does not take 5 hours to put a doorknob on and replace a hinge on a kitchen cabinet that's ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed with this service; I would not recommend them at all!
